Role Overview

We're looking for a
Web Implementation Specialist
with strong page builder/CMS experience to support our customers and help them succeed on our platform. You'll spend most of your time building and implementing customer pages, fixing small issues, and guiding users on best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Build and customize funnel pages for customers using our page builder.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues such as broken links, forms, modals, or layout problems.
  • Assist with basic integrations (forms, scripts, tracking, etc.).
  • Provide friendly, clear support in English (written and spoken).
  • Collaborate with our internal team to report recurring bugs and suggest improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with popular page builders or CMS platforms (e.g., ClickFunnels, Elementor, Webflow, WordPress, Wix).
  • Strong skills in HTML/CSS and comfortable with light JavaScript debugging.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to explain technical fixes in simple terms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with PHP/Laravel or (not required, but a plus).
  • Prior experience in SaaS support or customer success.
