Cerințe:


• Experiență în business operations sau management operațional (minimum 2 ani - preferabil în companii antreprenoriale sau creative)


• Abilități excelente de organizare, comunicare și multitasking


• Experiența în project management constituie un avantaj


• Gândire analitică și orientare către rezultate


• Confort în utilizarea instrumentelor digitale (Excel, CRM, platforme de task management)


Principalele responsabilități:

➛Coordonarea activităților operaționale și a echipei

➛Optimizarea proceselor și monitorizarea indicatorilor de performanță

➛Sprijin direct pentru fondator în decizii și planuri de creștere

➛Gestionarea relațiilor cu clienții şi furnizorii

➛Administrarea contractelor, facturilor și raportărilor

➛Colaborarea directă cu managementul pentru stabilirea strategiei

➛Liant între echipă, idei și execuție
