Porsche Engineering Romania is currently looking for a UI/UX designer to join the Digitalization and Automation department. You can contribute with your design talent for creating and enhancing the user interface and user experience of digital products and applications related to Porsche Engineering automotive offerings.

• You will investigate user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets
• You will collaborate and contribute to a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand
• You will produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, and prototypes
• You will design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, widgets, animations, and transitions for our digital assets
• You will prepare presentations to share design concepts, progress, and decisions with stakeholders
• You will validate UI elements such as banners, page layouts, page designs, and page flows, in alignment with existing design strategy
• You will collaborate with the marketing team, internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user
• You will document design guidelines and specifications for developers, including typography, color palettes, iconography, and spacing
• You will adhere to style standards on typography and graphic design

Qualifications QualificationsQualifications

• You have successfully completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree
• You have a minimum of 2 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services
• You have a portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for web and mobile platforms
• You have working knowledge of one of the following technologies and software: Figma, Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite
• You speak English fluently; knowledge of German is considered a plus
• You're a team player with a service-oriented working style, and as a self-confident person, you always have an eye for the essentials
• You are flexible and willing to travel abroad/domestic, whenever it is required

We cover a wide range of development activities and technical know-how – from conventional powertrains to future mobility, and from prototype to series development. By optimizing brake systems and developing pedestrian protections as well as driver assistance systems, these activities significantly contribute to the improvement of future car safety.
