Ce vei face concret
:


• Vei coordona activitatile de receptie, depozitare, pastrare, verificare, pregatire comenzi si expediere a produselor;


• Vei implementa si urmari masuri de eficientizare a operatiunilor din depozit;


• Vei verifica organizarea activitatii personalului si respectarea procedurilor interne;


• Vei superviza colectarea, verificarea si pregatirea comenzilor pentru a respecta termenele de livrare;


• Vei asigura respectarea conditiilor legale si tehnice de depozitare, manipulare si transport;


• Vei gestiona si solutiona reclamatiile si neconformitatile aparute;


• Vei sustine formarea si dezvoltarea continua a echipei din subordine (instruiri, evaluari, traininguri);


• Vei colabora direct cu departamentele conexe (achizitii, vanzari, transport, etc.);


• Vei reprezenta compania in fata autoritatilor si institutiilor, in aspecte legate de functionarea depozitului;


• Vei intocmi si transmite rapoarte periodice si la cerere.
