Job Description: Sef depozit (Customer Manager)

Responsabilitatile tale vor include gestionarea relatiilor cu clientii, asigurarea satisfactiei acestora si solutionarea eficienta a oricaror probleme sau intrebari pe care le pot avea. Vei lucra indeaproape cu echipa ta pentru a asigura livrarea prompta si corecta a produselor catre clienti.

Un aspect important al acestei pozitii este reprezentat de dezvoltarea si mentinerea unei bune comunicari cu clientii, oferindu-le suport si consiliere atunci cand este necesar. Vei fi responsabil de gestionarea comenzilor, monitorizarea stocurilor si asigurarea unei bune organizari a depozitului.

Pentru a avea succes in acest rol, este esential sa fii atent la detalii, sa ai abilitati excelente de comunicare si sa fii capabil sa lucrezi sub presiune. Experienta anterioara in domeniul vanzarilor sau al gestionarii clientilor reprezinta un avantaj, insa oferim training si suport pentru a te ajuta sa te dezvolti profesional.
