How you will make your Mark:

  • Responsible for the daily operation of issued invoices, receipts and invoices, as well as of invoices from suppliers for various benefits and payments to them.
  • Verify the accuracy of invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and other documentation.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate billing records.
  • Check of balances in the bank, house and advances from treasury in lei.
  • Prepare regular reports on billing activities and outstanding receivables.
  • Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies or issues.

Hard Facts & Soft Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Invoicing Coordinator, Billing Specialist, or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of invoicing procedures and accounts receivable management.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
