About the role
Huawei Digital Power is a leading global provider of digital power products and solutions. We develop clean power and enable energy digitalization to drive the global energy revolution. As our business continues to grow rapidly, we are looking to add engineers who specialize in data center facilities to join our technical engineering team to meet the growing number of customer inquiries and provide 'customer-centric' service quality swiftly.
This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to enhance their technical knowledge across a full range of data center products and diverse application scenarios with the goal of developing into a field technical expert.
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to technical inquiries and provide support for company products, such as UPS, PDU, Precision Air Conditioner, Battery, Generator, NMS, Telecom Power, 5G Power, etc.,
- Take effective measures to restore serious incidents mitigate root causes, and escalate to higher-level support when necessary.
- Troubleshooting of hardware and software issues, root cause failure analysis, and fault resolution.
- Proactively communicate with internal teams (e.g., customer care, product experts) to ensure customer inquiries are resolved in a timely manner.
- Participate in the product delivery lifecycle and contribute suggestions for product configuration and upgrades.
- Take part in internal training and visit Huawei Technical Labs to stay updated on the latest product developments.
- Collect, analyze, and report on technical issues, escalating when necessary to improve customer satisfaction.
- Be available for flexible work hours to respond to urgent technical inquiries.
Requirements:
- Educational background in electrical, electronic, air conditioning, or other related subjects.
- Relevant work experience in a technical support role in electronics, power supply systems, data centers, and ICT energy products.
- Experience in commissioning, troubleshooting, UPS, power systems, electrical distribution systems, electrical codes, and various measurement equipment is essential.
- Experience in data center monitoring systems is high preferred
- Knowledge of networking technologies such as TCP/IP and SNMP is highly preferred
- Fluent in English, with ability to work effectively with Internal teams and colleagues across different parts of Europe.
Working Hours:
Office-based working hours: 10:00 to 18:30.
