Suntem în căutarea unui Business Systems Analyst la început de carieră, curios și dornic să învețe, pentru a se alătura echipei noastre IT Data - Finance.

Ce căutăm la tine:

  • Gândire și analitică atenție la detalii;
  • Dorință de a învăța și de a-ți dezvolta abilitățile în domeniu;
  • Atitudine proactivă și interes pentru rezolvarea problemelor;
  • Abilități bune de comunicare și lucru în echipă;
  • Curiozitate și entuziasm

Cerințe:

  • Diplomă de licență (sau studii în curs, pe final);
  • Cunoștințe de bază/intermediare de SQL (T-SQL/PL-SQL/DB2 SQL sau similar);
  • Experiență de până la 3 ani în analiză de business, analiză de sistem sau roluri similare (inclusiv internship-uri, proiecte academice sau voluntariat relevant);
  • Cunoștințe de limba engleză la nivel conversațional;
  • Constituie un avantaj: experiență (chiar și limitată) cu soluții de gestionare a datelor (data warehouse, sisteme de raportare) sau în sectorul financiar-bancar.

Ne-ar plăcea să:

  • Fii familiarizat(ă) cu concepte de data warehouse, BI sau data integration (nu este obligatoriu);
  • Ai lucrat cu instrumente de modelare a datelor sau să ai dorința de a le învăța;
  • Ai abilități de prezentare și comunicare eficientă;

Responsabilități:

  • Să înțelegi, să analizezi și să documentezi cerințele de business sub îndrumarea colegilor cu experiență;
  • Să sprijini procesul de testare și implementare a soluțiilor IT;
  • Să menții documentația actualizată pe parcursul proiectelor;
  • Să oferi suport post-implementare, în colaborare cu echipa.
