We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Engineer to join our growing team. If you're passionate about cross-platform support, endpoint management, and providing seamless tech experiences across Apple and Windows ecosystems — this role is for you.

What You'll Do

General Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain runbooks for Level 1 and 2 operational tasks
  • Manage vendor support cases and follow escalation procedures.
  • Reproduce and test incidents and requests in lab environments.
  • Provide remote technical support across devices and platforms.
  • Work closely with L1 and L3 teams to ensure full issue resolution.

Apple Platform (macOS, iOS, etc.)

  • Support pilot deployments and rollouts of Apple platforms.
  • Manage .ipa application packaging and distribution via VPP.
  • Maintain tools like SwiftDialog and SuperWrapper.
  • Configure and support managed apps and SSO (e.g., Kerberos).
  • Clean up policies, assignments, and backend entries in SaaS/MDM.
  • Perform status checks and reporting on deployments.
  • Handle Apple Business Manager (ABM) tasks like releasing and reassigning devices.

Windows & Android Platform

  • Troubleshoot advanced Windows OS and hardware issues.
  • Analyze logs and resolve incidents efficiently.
  • Enroll and manage devices via MDM platforms (e.g., Intune).
  • Configure and deploy compliance policies and applications.
  • Monitor dashboards and generate compliance reports.
  • Keep documentation and SOPs clean, clear, and up to date.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Solid experience in multi-platform OS support (Windows/macOS/iOS/Andro
  • Proficiency with MDM solutions: JAMF, Intune, ABM
  • Strong troubleshooting skills – hardware, software, networks
  • Experience in application deployment & policy management
  • Excellent documentation habits (SOPs, configurations, workflows)
