As the Technical Support Manager in Romania, you will be the first operative on the ground and play a pivotal role in driving SOTI's expansion in the region. What You'll Do
· Manage and support a team of Technical Support Specialists, level 1 to level 3, ensuring the delivery of exceptional technical support.
· Hold regular one-to-one meetings with your team, coaching and developing them to achieve both performance and career goals.
· Monitor and report on team performance, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
· Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring technical challenges are resolved quickly and effectively.
· Collaborate closely with global support, sales, and engineering teams to deliver seamless solutions and an outstanding customer experience.
· Provide your team with the resources, training, and guidance needed for success, while streamlining processes across departments.
· Implement process improvements and documentation updates to meet the demands of a fast-growing organisation.
· Contribute to the strategy for growing SOTI's footprint in Romania and EMEA, playing a key role in establishing and scaling our operations in the region.
Qualifications:
· Degree or Diploma in Computer Networking, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related technical field
· Minimum 3+ years of technical support management experience
· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
· Strong problem solving abilities, Strong team player (i.e. flexible, hard-working, fast-learner, self-motivated, results-oriented)
· Knowledge of mobile computing platforms (Android, iOS)
· Knowledge of software technologies such as networking and databases
· Any prior experience working with mobile device management solutions is an asset
· Any experience with Microsoft SQL
