Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are looking for a talented and forward-thinking AI Engineer to join our Data & AI team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions that solve complex business challenges and drive innovation.

You'll work across the full AI lifecycle — from data preparation and model development to integration and optimization — collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring intelligent systems to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI models in a Cloud platform infrastructure, using Azure and Databricks (Mosaic AI). Integrate the solution with other systems.
• Rapidly prototype and test new GenAI use cases, frameworks, and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Cloud, Data Science, IT, Business) to deliver both local and international AI projects.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of AI solutions in production environments.
• Contribute to the evolution of our AI engineering best practices and MLOps pipelines.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in GenAI and actively share knowledge with the team.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python (or similar), with experience in ML/DL frameworks.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Generative AI (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG pipelines).
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and Databricks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
• Familiarity with APIs, microservices, integration.
• Knowledge of responsible AI practices and model evaluation techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in both local and international teams.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in the Insurance industry is a plus.
