: iei ideea, o transformi în produs folosit zilnic de pacienți și echipă.

Ce vei face

  • Înțelegi întrebările reale ale pacienților și le transformi în
    fluxuri simple
    (FAQ, programări, pregătire consultație, follow-up).
  • Construiești și testezi
    asistentul (web/WhatsApp/Messenger) și îl
    conectezi la CRM/calendare
    .
  • Te asiguri că știe
    când predă conversația unui om
    (escaladare).
  • Măsori lucrurile importante (timp de răspuns, grad de rezolvare) și
    îmbunătățești continuu
    .
  • Lucrezi cot la cot cu medici, recepție, operațional și marketing.

Ce căutăm la tine

  • Ai lansat cel puțin
    un chatbot/asistent AI
    folosit de oameni (ideal în companii).
  • Te pricepi să
    prototipezi rapid
    și să pui în producție (Python sau JavaScript – e suficient unul bine).
  • Te descurci cu
    API-uri
    și știi să legi un produs de sistemele existente.
  • Ești atent la
    confidențialitate
    (GDPR) și la claritatea mesajelor.
  • Comunici foarte bine în
    română
    și
    engleză
    , ai empatie și simț de produs.

Plusuri (nice to have)

  • Experiență în healthcare, proiecte voice, multi-canal, evaluare calitate conversații.
