We are looking for an enthusiastic
Data Migration Specialist
to join our dynamic Adalvo team. This position offers an opportunity to well-suited candidates to join a growing, fast paced energetic environment and culture.

SUMMARY OF POSITION

The primary responsibility of this role is to clean, format, and prepare Excel databases to match a predefined layout for seamless upload into our Salesforce system. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye, able to spot differences and initiative to already come with alternatives. Teamwork is essential for communicating, correcting and implementing irregularities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Cleaning and Formatting:

• Review and understand the predefined layout and requirements for data upload into Salesforce.
• Clean and organize large Excel databases to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Format data according to specified guidelines, including field mappings, data types, and structure.
• Remove duplicate entries and correct data inconsistencies.

Data Preparation:

• Ensure all necessary data fields are populated and meet the required standards.
• Validate data integrity and accuracy before upload.
• Work with various data sources to consolidate and standardize information.

Salesforce Integration:

• Prepare and transform data for smooth integration into the Salesforce platform.
• Collaborate with the Salesforce team to ensure data is correctly imported and mapped.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any data-related issues during the upload process.

Quality Assurance:

• Perform thorough quality checks to ensure data completeness and correctness.
• Document any discrepancies and work to resolve them promptly.
• Maintain a log of data cleaning activities and changes made.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with the IT team and other stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment and clarity on data preparation tasks.
• Provide regular updates on progress and any challenges encountered.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Student within University in Computer Science/ Information Technology or related field
• Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple audits simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Fluent in English. Advanced MS Excel
