We are growing fast and are now looking for a Junior Accountant to strengthen our Finance team. If you are eager to learn, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow your expertise in a dynamic creative environment, this role is your opportunity to build a solid foundation in accounting and financial management.

What you will do

  • Record daily financial transactions (invoices, payments, collections).
  • Issue and register invoices in the accounting system.
  • Verify and archive accounting documents for projects and campaigns.
  • Perform reconciliations and monitor balances for clients, suppliers, and projects.
  • Assist with monthly financial closing and management reporting.
  • Monitor and report expenses and revenues by client and project.
  • Support receivables collection and petty cash reconciliation.
  • Provide documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Media, and Creative teams for accurate cost allocation.
  • Ensure smooth financial information flow to management and project teams.

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Previous internship or 1–2 years of experience in accounting is a plus (but not mandatory).
  • General accounting knowledge and basic tax legislation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with accounting software (
    SAGA; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a strong plus
    ).
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Team player with cross-departmental collaboration abilities.
  • Curiosity and motivation to learn financial processes in a fast-paced agency.
