We are now looking for a PPC Specialist to join our expanding digital marketing team. This is a key position that will drive TechVill's online growth by managing and optimizing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Local Services Ads.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive — someone who enjoys testing new ideas, improving ad performance, and finding smarter ways to reach customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LSA.
  • Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, and manage targeting settings to achieve campaign goals.
  • Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Prepare reports showing results, insights, and recommendations for further improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with lead generation and sales goals.
  • Test and refine bidding, targeting, and creative strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Keep campaigns clean, efficient, and continuously optimized.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must-have skills:

  • 1.5–2 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience in search campaigns, keyword research, and negative keyword management.
  • Proven results or case studies showing successful campaign performance.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for tracking and reporting.

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Experience in the Home Services industry (e.g., Appliance Repair, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrician).
  • Experience managing Google Local Services Ads (LSA).
  • Experience running campaigns targeting the U.S. or Canadian markets.
