Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sector 3, for a Team Lead – Personal Loan & Overdraft Sales. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and guiding the sales team to achieve performance targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, nurturing client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and assisting with loan and overdraft product offerings. You will work closely with your team to drive revenue growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide professional support and mentorship to team members.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Team Management and the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team towards achieving sales targets.
  • Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
  • Exceptional Communication skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proven Sales experience with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Analytical Skills to assess client needs and develop effective strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Previous experience in the financial services or banking industry is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment and commitment to meeting deadlines.
