AI Business Analyst for Corporate Strategy

What Will You Contribute?

We're seeking an AI Business Analyst to drive the strategic adoption of AI across the enterprise, upskilling our employees and connecting business needs with technology. You will work closely with AI champions across functions, information services, and senior leaders to identify opportunities, define use cases, and manage governance frameworks. Your work will ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable business value while maintaining compliance and ethical standards.

Responsibilities:

• AI Program Management: Support the planning and execution of corporate AI initiatives, including pilots and enterprise rollouts.
• Opportunity Identification: Analyze business processes across Finance, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to identify high-impact AI use cases.
• Build vs Buy Analysis: Evaluate vendor solutions versus in-house development for AI platforms and tools.
• Governance & Risk: Contribute to frameworks for AI ethics, compliance, and risk management.
• Training & Communication: Develop programs to educate stakeholders on AI capabilities and ensure smooth adoption.
• Business Case Development: Build ROI models and cost-benefit analyses for AI projects.
• Performance Tracking: Define KPIs and monitor impact on efficiency, revenue, and customer experience.
• Innovation Scouting: Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies relevant to corporate functions.

Scope & Collaboration

You will work closely with:

• Sales, GTM, HR, Finance, Operations, Product Management to progress AI adoption across functions
• Product AI Innovation team for alignment on technology and to report on engineering and commercial streams metrics.
• Technology & Data Teams for feasibility and integration planning.
• Operations & Compliance for governance and risk frameworks.
• HR & Communications for training and change management.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience: 3–5 years in Business Analysis, Strategy, or Digital Transformation, ideally within Financial Services or FinTech.
• AI Knowledge: Familiarity with AI concepts (ML, NLP, GenAI) and their enterprise applications.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights and business cases.
• Communication: Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Mindset: Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial approach and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
