Now we're looking for a
Business Analyst
who can turn ambiguity into clarity and turn clarity into action.

What you'll do (real work, not buzzwords)

As a Business Analyst at RealTime, you will:

1) Diagnose business performance fast (80/20)

  • read financials + operational signals quickly
  • spot the real bottlenecks (not the "loud problems")
  • structure what matters into
    executive-ready insights

2) Build decision-ready dashboards & models

  • KPI frameworks: margins, cash, productivity, pricing, capacity
  • weekly executive dashboards
  • basic forecasting / scenario planning
  • "what happens if we do nothing?" models (the most underestimated one)

3) Translate messy operations into systems

  • map workflows, roles, pain points
  • define "what data should exist, where, and why"
  • create structured templates that teams can actually use

4) Support RealTime delivery projects

You'll work inside projects like:

  • Business Architecture Sprint
  • operational performance rebuilding
  • cashflow control tower setups
  • growth constraints analysis
  • execution planning with accountability

5) Work with AI as a tool, not as decoration

  • use AI to speed up analysis, documentation, summarization
  • support automation logic for internal tools & client deliverables
  • help structure data inputs for tools like dashboards / reporting apps

What we expect

This role is for someone who is:


Analytical + structured

  • you break complexity into clean logic
  • you don't panic when data is incomplete


Business-minded

  • you understand the difference between "data" and "meaning"
  • you think in trade-offs, incentives, constraints


Fast and pragmatic

  • speed matters
  • perfection is optional, relevance is mandatory


Strong communicator

  • you can explain results to non-technical people clearly
  • you can write clean summaries and recommendations

Nice to have (but not mandatory)

  • experience in consulting, finance, ops, audit, strategy, business control
  • basic knowledge of P&L / cashflow / unit economics
  • Excel/Sheets at strong level (models, pivots, logic)
  • experience with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, etc.)
  • comfort with AI tools (ChatGPT, workflows, automation)

Who this is NOT for

  • predictable corporate routines,
  • 3 weeks to "align stakeholders"…
