Role Description

Global Records is looking for a creative, strategic, and music-passionate Social Media Manager
to join our promo team and help shape the global presence of Global Records and its brands. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our office in Bucharest, Romania.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement content strategies for the Global Records brand and music releases.
  • Coordinate communication and presence on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, Twitter, Threads, etc.
  • Work directly with artists, creative teams, marketing, and A&R to build relevant, engaging campaigns tailored to current trends.
  • Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies based on results and insights.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media, preferably in music, entertainment, or digital marketing.
  • Deep understanding of social platforms and trends in music, pop culture, and Gen Z.
  • Creativity + strategic thinking. We are looking for someone who can build interactive campaigns, not just post content.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of photo/video editing (Canva, CapCut, Premiere – a plus).
  • Hands-on attitude, organization, autonomy, and enthusiasm.
