About You
Solid gambling knowledge (games, procedures - Most Ezugi Games)

Minimum 1 Year Experience In Ezugi As a Dealer
Good PC skills

Clear communicator, strong organization skills, flexible, confident in teamwork, fair, kind, ethical person

About The Role
Assure compliance with internal control standards

Perform special functions as assigned by the management

Responds to surveillance supervision and gaming control requests, as well as other departments when necessary

Write and prepare daily reports and logs

Use computer and associated hardware to complete documentation

Operate various closed-circuit television (CCTV) technology to monitor and review studio's activities, archive audio and video evidence and monitor the system for malfunctions

Proactively monitor all studio areas and personnel, in order to promote accountability with policies and procedures, identify suspicious activity, and deter fraud and theft

Proactively observe and review video then complete required documentation regarding specific incidents

Maintain and improve knowledge of game rules, company policies, procedures, and threats in all areas which Surveillance is responsible for monitoring through training and professional development

Maintain strict confidentiality for the company when conducting observations and investigations

Maintain strict confidentiality of Surveillance operations and any non-public information learned as an employee

Identify trends and abnormalities by reviewing data through various software applications and investigating anomalies

Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department

Work schedule:
3 main
shifts -
exclusively from GW office

  • Morning: 06:00 - 14:00
  • Afternoon: 14:00 - 22:00
  • Night: 22:00 – 06:00
