Overview

**CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD**

SOSi is seeking a highly qualified Junior Field Support Technician to support government contract requirements in the Europe & Africa Area of Responsibility (AOR).

Essential Job Duties

  • Assist in configuring voice, video, and data communications systems to support program end-user requirements.
  • Perform installation and post-installation service and maintenance.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or AA with 2+ years of experience, or high school with 4 years of relevant experience.
  • An active in scope Secret security clearance.
  • DOD Cyber Work Force (DCWF) 411 Certs: A+ or Network+ or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint for document management and various administrative tasks.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to follow processes, procedures, and direction to support client needs.

Work Environment

  • Normal office conditions with potential to perform duties in deployed locations.
  • Core hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 0600 – 1700.
  • May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
  • It is anticipated that contractor personnel will be required to travel on Temporary Duty (TDY) to various CONUS and OCONUS locations based on USAREUR-AF and Mission Partner requirements.
