That is intentional.You will not do everything at once.You will sequence, systemize, delegate, and eliminate.Your missions will be as varied as those of a CEO/COOPersonal Operations (Founder)Own the founder's operating system: inbox, calendar, priorities, and follow-throughManage personal admin (banking, leases, visas, real estate, payments)Coordinate travel with built-in flexibility, and scheduling interviews for the podcastInvesting & Real estate managementOutcomesCEO is no longer required for follow-ups, coordination, problem solvingDecisions reach the founder prepared, with options, trade-offs, and recommendationsNegotiation, and Finding the best suppliersNegotiate with: banks, vendors and service providers, real estate and find leverage even when power is asymmetricBuild credible BATNAs (even when not obvious)Benchmark pricing, terms, timelines, and market standardsDesign pressure points: deadlines, penalties, escalation pathsOutcomesNegotiations conclude faster and on better termsPower asymmetries are neutralized through preparation and alternativesCEO intervenes only at signing or final arbitrationComplex Project Management OwnershipOwn complex projects end-to-end (business and personal)Coordinate experts (legal, technical, financial) without becoming dependent on themUnderstand enough technically to ask the right questions, detect evasive answers, expose weak assumptionsOutcomesComplex, multi-stakeholder projects move forwardMaintain a clean decision record and commitment logOrganizational Systems, Execution and Scaling : Make the company Scalable and turn it into a growth machineOwn execution cadence (priorities, OKR, follow-through, and progress tracking)Design, implement, and maintain scalable operating systems (processes, tools, automations, AI, knowledge base) and eliminate root causesTurn Paradox Philosophy Guides David is writing into rituals and operating behaviorsImplement and maintain issue logs, post-mortems, and reflection rituals.
