Our client is a well-established Romanian group operating in the waste management and circular-economy sector, working with major retailers, municipalities, and industrial clients on sustainability and ESG-driven initiatives.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist – Digital & Events to take ownership of digital marketing execution and coordination of corporate and industry events. This is a hands-on role with growing responsibility, positioned between execution and strategic contribution in a B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
Plan and execute digital marketing activities across website, LinkedIn, and email campaigns
Manage website content, landing pages, and basic SEO optimisation
Coordinate organic and paid LinkedIn campaigns (directly or with external agencies)
Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports
Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and marketing materials
Events & Brand Activation
Organise participation in trade fairs, conferences, and sustainability/ESG events
Manage event logistics, vendors, materials, timelines, and registrations
Support client events, workshops, and internal initiatives
Prepare event materials and post-event performance summaries
Marketing Operations & Collaboration
Develop presentations, brochures, case studies, and client-facing materials
Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams on proposals and storytelling
Support employer branding and internal communications initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably B2B or services-led
Strong written and verbal communication in Romanian and English
Hands-on experience with digital channels, especially LinkedIn
Strong organisational, coordination, and project management skills
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Nice to Have
Experience with Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools
Familiarity with Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or SEO tools
Exposure to sustainability, ESG, recycling, or industrial environments
Experience working with external agencies or freelancers
