Job description:

We are a dynamic and innovative BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company dedicated to providing exceptional solutions for clients in various industries.

We are looking for a talented and passionate
Marketing Specialist
to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of the company.

Main responsibilities:


• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones


• Creating and managing digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media


• Analysing and monitoring the performance of marketing campaigns and preparing regular reports


• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with business objectives


• Research and identify new marketing opportunities

Requirements:


• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within a BPO company


• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEO tools etc.)


• Excellent communication and writing skills in Romanian and English


• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
