Responsibilities:

Oversight to build out the CFE Centre of Excellence

Facilitate relevant project meetings, including Operating Committee and Steering Committee

Agree prioritization criteria with Control Function partners in 1st / 2nd LoD

Responsible for key delivery tasks such as; RAID log management, the capture, mitigation, and resolution of key risks & issues, budgeting, resource management etc

Skills

  • 10 years' experience in a related role in a global, enterprise-scale environment, preferably in the Financial Services industry
  • Experience in Waterfall and Agile Project Management
  • Experience with IT infrastructure projects
  • Excellent Relationship management skills
  • Ability to confidently provide issue/escalation management to Steering Group level
  • Strong Project Management Skills, i.e., Planning, Mitigation, Budget, RAID management
  • Business & Technical Analytical skillset to be able to support requirements capture and baselining.
  • End User experience of: Excel, Word, Access, Notes, Microsoft Projects, Visio, PowerPoint, Skype, Ms Teams, Jira, Clarity, SharePoint, Confluence
  • Vendor Management experience
  • Experience in SaaS/Cloud based technology
  • Confidence to challenge priorities, decisions, and strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
