Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join our Fusion Invest team in Bucharest. This role is critical to ensuring the quality and reliability of our capital markets platform, with a focus on high-impact projects, including our latest initiative in the US annuities market.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional and UI testing of complex financial software
• Develop and maintain automation tests using Robot Framework and Selenium
• Validate financial calculations and system workflows
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and global QA teams
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprints
• Contribute to one of our QA sub-teams: Connectivity, Decision Support, or Pricing

Required Skills & Experience

• Solid understanding of financial markets and investment workflows
• Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Preferred knowledge of automated testing software tools with ability to design and develop automated testing programs.
• Preferred knowledge of the Agile software development methodology
• Functional knowledge of SQL for database testing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, banking, or capital markets
• Knowledge of annuities or investment risk/performance metrics
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and time zones
