Stock Analist
pentru o
companie de top în soluții de apă și cafea, recunoscută pentru serviciile sale integrate și operațiunile logistice eficiente.

Responsabilitati:

Aprovizionare de la furnizori:

  • Calculeaza necesarul de aprovizionat pentru marfuri, aparate de apa si cafea, auxiliare, POSM-uri, filtre, piese de schimb si consumabile;
  • Lanseaza comenzile catre departamentul de achizitii si urmareste receptia de la furnizori; verifica intrarea in gestiune versus comenzi si anunta superiorul direct in cazul diferentelor.

Aprovizionarea filialelor:

  • Calculeaza necesarul de aprovizionat in fiecare filiala;
  • Lanseaza necesarul de aprovizionare catre responsabilul de transport;
  • Urmareste stocurile din fiecare filiala, asigurand repartizarea in functie de estimarile vanzarilor, termen de valabilitate etc.;
  • Stabileste si urmareste miscarea stocurilor intre filiale;
  • Monitorizeaza produsele cu risc de expirare si propune actiuni;
  • Realizeaza analize si raportari interne/externe referitoare la stocuri, achizitii si consumuri;
  • Intocmeste bugetul si forecastul de achizitii pentru stocuri;
  • Alte activitati, analize si rapoarte solicitate de superiorii directi;
  • Colaboreaza cu departamentele de vanzari, distributie, service mobil si service in-house;
  • Conduce sedintele de achizitii si face follow-up;
  • Preia responsabilitatile colegului analist stocuri in perioada concediului acestuia.

Cerinte:

  • Studii superioare economice;
  • Cunostinte avansate de Excel – lucru intensiv cu baze de date mari (Pivot, VLOOKUP, IF, SUM, SUMIF etc.);
  • Experienta anterioara in gestiunea stocurilor – minim 1 an (reprezinta avantaj);
  • Gandire analitica si usurinta in interpretarea datelor;
  • Capacitate de a sintetiza informatiile si a trage concluzii;
  • Initiativa si proactivitate;
  • Spirit de echipa.
