Job role
The objective of this project is to optimize and manage the service delivery processes from Allianz Technology to other Allianz entities (Allianz SE, Allianz RE, and IDS), ensuring efficient handling of ordering, budgeting, tracking, and reporting tasks. This project will also support monthly financial reviews, discrepancy investigations, contract monitoring, and preparation of plans and forecasts.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate the contract renewal process with procurement, vendors, and customers.
  • Manage budgets, expenditures, and pricing.
  • Prepare and update Plan and Forecast summaries
  • Generate Purchase Requisitions for HW/SW/IT Services agreements and renewals.
  • Initiate and monitor the approval workflow for agreements.
  • Maintain contract inventory in collaboration with service managers and the procurement team.
  • Verify and reconcile invoices from providers and manage record corrections.
  • Coordinate invoices with primary service managers.
  • Assist with monthly reviews by conducting ad-hoc analyses.
  • Deliver various reports and summaries

What You Bring

  • Degree in business administration or otherwise acquired sufficient financial understanding to perform the duties
  • 1 year working experience in similar function
  • Proficiency in MS Office (primarily Excel)
  • Proficiency in SAP CO is a plus
  • Fluent English written and spoken
