Departamentul de Machine Learning din cadrul Libra Internet Bank caută un lider tehnic care sa coordoneze o echipa formata din 4 dezvoltatori specializați in integrarea serviciilor AI si care sa contribuie activ la gestionarea proiectelor noastre inovatoare de AI.

Salariul de incadrare pentru rolul de AI Development Team Leader - Divizia MIS este in intervalul de lei brut si lei brut, in functie de experienta profesionala si gradul de potrivire cu cerintele rolului.

Despre job:

  • Vei coordona o echipa de 4 dezvoltatori specializati in integrare servicii AI, asigurand succesul proiectelor de dezvoltare, utilizand tehnologii de varf din Azure AI Stack, operationalizate prin cod Python;
  • Vei estima efortul necesar, planifica si coordona intregul proces de implementare a solutiilor AI, de la idee la operationalizare;
  • Vei ghida echipa in identificarea si implementarea celor mai potrivite solutii tehnice pentru a raspunde cerintelor de business, contribuind la strategia de utilizare a serviciilor AI a bancii;
  • Vei colabora activ cu echipe interne si externe pentru validarea, integrarea si aprobarea solutiilor propuse, fiind un punct-cheie in strategia de AI a organizatiei;
  • Vei asigura calitatea codului prin realizarea de code review-uri si vei oferi suport tehnic constant in dezvoltarea aplicatiilor, stabilind arhitectura de baza si metricile de evaluare;
  • Vei construi Proof-of-Concepts (POC-uri) pentru testarea rapida a ideilor si tehnologiilor noi, ramanand conectat la cele mai recente aparitii si tendinte din domeniul inteligentei artificiale.

Despre tine:

  • Ai o experienta solida in dezvoltarea de aplicatii AI si o intelegere aprofundata a ecosistemului Azure si a programarii in Python;
  • Esti un lider natural, capabil sa motiveze si sa ghideze o echipa de specialisti, promovand colaborarea si inovatia;
  • Comunici facil si iti asumi responsabilitatea atingerii obiectivelor stabilite;
  • Esti proactiv/a, orientat/a spre solutii si pasionat/a de ultimele noutati din domeniul inteligentei artificiale, iti place sa le testezi si esti gata sa le integrezi in proiectele bancii;
