  • • optical character recognition software which extracts data from scanned documents

Responsibilities:

  • • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues
  • • Collaborate with Development team as needed to provide solutions
  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and maintain the application infrastructure, including policy configuration, profile deployment, software distribution and certificate installation
  • • Provide Root Cause Analysis when requested
  • • Monitor application health, security compliance, and performance, taking proactive measures to address any issues that arise
  • • Deliver new and improved capabilities in systems monitoring, recovery and stability aspects of the system.
  • • Assist in the setup and configuration of new platform infrastructure
  • • Respond to and resolve escalated technical issues related to the application
  • • Create and maintain documentation related to best practices and troubleshooting guides
  • • Perform Application and DB script deployment
  • • Other support-related activities

Mandatory Skills Description:

  • Strong technical background with excellent problem solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Minimum 3 yrs or more of Technical / Application Support experience
  • Strong service oriented experience / background
  • Experience in IT Service Operations
  • Experience with SQL Server mandatory
  • Experience with Windows Powershell mandatory
  • Networking knowledge
  • Familiar with Incident Management processes and tools
  • Familiar with Agile methodology
  • Nice to have: ITIL v3/v4 certification
  • Soft Skills:
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to function as part of an international team with different locations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment
  • Languages:
  • English is mandatory(medium-advanced level)
  • German - nice to have

  • English: English: B2 Upper Intermediate
