Your Role
Respond to client's queries accurately (via email and case management system)Process, maintain & administer HR transactions & provide support (across Talent development, Mobility, Workforce administration, talent acquisition, case management, HR helpdesk, remuneration, etc.)Process movements (transfers, relocations, international mobility, organization structure changes) and leave & absence requestsProvide clarification of HR policies and proceduresManage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology and/or agreed transition planOrganize knowledge sharing sessions both within the team and cross teamsUpdate all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes on the defined support toolLiaison with third parties, vendors and multiple stake holdersReporting errors and issues to the Team leader on timeEnsuring quality and timeliness of workFocused, diligent, high on quality and timeliness are the basic requirements for the roleReporting data for personal performance and maintaining personal trackerExhibit strong problem-solving and business acumen skillsDemonstrate advanced proficiency in written and verbal communication skills Your Profile
Have bachelor degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., Economics);Have good English and French language skills (min. B2);Have deep knowledge of the process, policies and desk top procedures within their engagement;Apply process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) to the area of expertise for the continuous improvement purposes;Have excellent command of the functionalities of the technology used for the delivery of services in different client contexts;Be aware of the business context for the analyzed data, can draw insights and makes relevant recommendations to deliver valuable outcomes to the client.
