Responsabilitati:

• Reprezentantul Vanzari prin Telefon are rolul de a contacta si gestiona clientii alocati ai companiei, asigurand dezvoltarea relatiilor comerciale, realizarea obiectivelor de vanzari si respectarea procedurilor interne. Postul presupune coordonarea prin telefon aactivitatilor de vanzare si incasare, promovarea produselor si intocmirea rapoartelor necesare
• Contacteaza si dezvolta relatii cu clientii alocati, conform standardelor si procedurilor interne, cat si conform planificarii routing. Ofera solutii adaptate nevoilor clientilor
• Intocmeste comenzile pentru clienti, respectand conditiile comerciale negociate si politica de acordare a bugetelor suplimentare
• Promoveaza produsele si serviciile companiei prin vanzare telefonica.
• Verifica si analizeaza rapoartele privind discounturile, comenzile neconforme si restantele de produse
• Rezolva reclamatiile, gestioneaza retururile si colaboreaza cu departamentele interne pe diferite actiuni
• Solicita reconfirmari de discounturi de la producatori si se asigura de inregistrarea corecta a acestoraimpreuna cu echipa de Analiza Discount
