As a Trainer & Field Specialist, you'll be at the heart of Avon's sales transformation. You'll design and deliver training experiences that empower our Representatives, Leaders, and Zone Managers to grow their businesses and develop their skills. Whether you're leading workshops, coaching in the field, or collaborating on strategic projects, your work will help bring Avon's vision to life. You'll be a trusted partner to our sales teams, helping them unlock their potential and stay inspired - every step of the way.Key responsibilities:
What you'll be working on:
- Delivering engaging training sessions on business and soft skills, using various formats (classroom, Zoom, Teams, etc.)
- Supporting product launches and beauty initiatives with tailored training
- Coaching Sales Leaders and helping them grow their business
- Organizing and participating in local and national sales events
- Collaborating with global teams to co-create training content and share market insights
- Measuring training impact and continuously improving learning experiences
- Managing your own schedule and reporting on training activities
What we're looking for:
- 1–2 years of experience in learning & development or training
- Strong communication and public speaking skills
- Creative, open-minded, and adaptable to different audiences
- Well-organized with good time management and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable with admin tasks and project coordination
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) and holds a valid driving license (B)
- Curious about the beauty industry and passionate about learning
- A team player who enjoys sharing ideas and best practices
- Please note that this position is as a fixed-term assignment for a duration of one year
