THE ROLE
Temenos is seeking a detail-oriented Campaign Optimization Manager to drive the performance, efficiency, and impact of our global marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring that campaigns are effectively designed, delivered, and continuously improved. This role partners across marketing functions and regions to streamline campaign operations, accelerate speed to market, and ensure the right content reaches the right audiences with measurable results.
OPPORTUNITIES
- You will:
- Improve, optimize, and monitor campaign workflows, ensuring seamless coordination across global campaign managers, content managers, digital teams, and field marketing.
- Maintain timely campaign performance dashboards, compiling and reporting on key metrics for email, web, and content engagement, and presenting findings to stakeholders including senior management.
- Analyze and package data into actionable insights, advising on audience segmentation, content strategy, messaging, and channel mix.
- Ensure consistent campaign execution by organizing and aligning supporting materials across functions, regions, and teams.
- Stay ahead of industry benchmarks and internal performance trends, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Recommend targeting and content strategies based on historical performance and a strong understanding of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
Act as a partner to marketing stakeholders to ensure campaigns are well-concepted, well-executed, and intelligently optimized to deliver measurable business impact.
SKILLS
- You should have:
- 5+ years of experience in campaign operations, marketing performance analysis, or demand generation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insight and action.
- Experience creating dashboards and reporting frameworks (Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive operational improvements.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing, segmentation, and buyer journey mapping.
- Experience in or knowledge of the banking or financial technology industry (preferred).
