Job Description:

Job Title: AWS Cloud Architect

Full Remote. B2B

We are seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Architect to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud solutions. This fully remote B2B role is ideal for a technical expert with deep experience in AWS services, cloud architecture, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud architectures using AWS services to meet business and technical requirements.

  • Manage compute resources with EC2, ECS, and EKS.

  • Design and maintain databases including RDS, Aurora, and DynamoDB.

  • Implement scalable storage solutions with S3 and deliver content using CloudFront.

  • Optimize caching strategies using ElastiCache.

  • Develop and maintain serverless solutions with Lambda and API Gateway.

  • Configure and manage DNS routing using Route 53.

  • Monitor applications and infrastructure using CloudWatch and X-Ray.

  • Ensure cloud solutions comply with GDPR and PCI DSS regulations.

  • Collaborate with DevOps, security, and development teams to optimize cloud architecture.

  • Provide guidance on cloud best practices, cost optimization, and high availability.

  • Troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure issues and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in AWS cloud architecture and design patterns.

  • Hands-on experience with EC2, ECS, EKS, RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFront, ElastiCache, Lambda, API Gateway, Route 53, CloudWatch, X-Ray.

  • Strong understanding of GDPR and PCI DSS compliance in cloud environments.

  • Experience with cloud security best practices, high availability, and scalability.

  • Ability to design and implement complex architectures for enterprise-scale applications.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to guide technical teams.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work fully remote.
