Sales Administration Specialist

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in
    sales administration
    or order management.
  • Knowledge of
    ERP systems

  • Experience with
    export processing
    and supply chain coordination (a plus).

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Independently manage and process all
    sales orders
    from distributors.
  • Provide
    customer support
    via phone, email, and in person.
  • Coordinate with
    customs, forwarders, and warehouses
    for timely shipments from Germany and direct suppliers.
  • Collaborate with internal departments including
    sales, purchasing, production, logistics, and finance
    .
  • Handle
    invoicing, credit notes, and documentation
    .
  • Manage
    shipments and order tracking
    in
    OSCA (Supply Chain Management Tool)
    and in the
    ERP system
    .
  • Support additional administrative duties as required.
