  • Experience in implementing UKG Products (Workforce Central, Ready, Pro Workforce Management).
  • General understanding of HR and Payroll systems and processes (specifically Time Management).
  • Proficiency in Java/Groovy 1.5 or 2.4, and JavaScript for scripting and programming.
  • Expertise in using Excel for complex data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with APIs for flow design, testing, and development.
  • Familiarity with Workday, Oracle Cloud integration, and SAP integration.
  • SFTP Knowledge – File movement and Encryption
  • A strong combination of excellent communication and technical skills.
  • Prior knowledge of ADP products and systems, such as payroll products

REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Certification Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in information systems, or Business Administration preferred (or equivalent in training and experience).

Experience:

  • 2+ years progressive experience in a data integration or technical service role that is client facing and responsible for integrating multiple systems.
  • Must have system configuration knowledge /consulting skills.

Languages:

  • English C1

  • Ability to use tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and Visio to effectively update and maintain documentation / training / demonstrations.
  • Client focused, demonstrate concern for meeting and exceeding immediate and future needs of clients.
  • Good business process knowledge of GWFM module being implemented.

Position Description

GWFM Lead Implementation Consultant

ADP (Automatic Data Processing) is hiring a Lead Implementation Consultant supporting the Global Workforce Management team within the GlobalView Business Unit.

The Lead Implementation Consultant (IC)
role is the primary functional and technical liaison between ADP and our clients for Systems Implementation. The IC meets with the client to conduct initial project implementation activities, analyses and documents client requirements. The IC is responsible for setting up ADP Workforce Manager according to clients' the requirements. The IC participates in establishing and monitoring of the client implementation schedule and reports on the status to Project Team members. The IC also prepares individual work plans in conjunction with established project milestones in a manner consistent with ADP project standards. ICs are expected to independently manage their workload to ensure that they are meeting project timelines and communicating with the client and project team as defined in the Implementation best practices.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analysis & Consultation:

  • Implement the client's solution using ADP's Implementation Methodology and the ADP GWFM products.
  • Be the main point of contact for anything Integration related, for the client and for ADP project teams.
  • Perform workshops to gather information on the client's requirements.
  • Design and document the client's solution including business requirements, interface specifications and any other specifications required according to ADP's methodology and project scope.
  • Take ownership of issues & gaps between client requirement and ADP GWFM and work with other teams/streams/areas to resolve them.
  • Analysis activities in order to define the specifications for the effective construction of information systems, likely to meet the requirements of users

Integration & Testing:

  • Liaise with clients throughout the data cleansing, mapping and conversion phase and provide any assistance required including reconciliation.
  • Being able to support training delivery and when required update training manuals, preparing training systems and conducting training sessions.
  • Provide guidance in preparing test scripts to enable clients to adequately test the solution.
  • Support clients through the User Acceptance, Parallel Testing and Go-Live phases.
  • Responsible for achieving estimated days as per fixed price strategy.
  • Ensure that all deliverables are created on time and accurately as per project schedule, such as Blueprints, specifications, BP reviews, Configuration Audits and configuration documentation.
  • Ensure timely handover to client services following ADP handover methodology.

Product Knowledge:

  • Possess the highest level of HR and time management knowledge and the necessary competencies to deliver the maximum value to ADP's clients.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of the GWFM Product, related news and any developments to the product.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of the GWFM product.
  • Liaise with the Product Manager to provide feedback on the product to understand future product direction/ changes.
  • Provide assistance and liaise with the Product Manager & Project teams to propose and deploy new enhancements.
