What your day will look like
Your role is global and will support different european markets - France, Germany, Spain.
You will lead a team of 4 renewal specialists.
You Will
- Lead and industrialize renewal processes to handle large volumes efficiently across the team.
- Drive 100% renewal coverage and ensure process compliance at scale.
- Scale Thinkproject for the future by establishing repeatable, efficient, and continuously improved renewal practices.
- Act as the main point of escalation for renewal-related challenges
- Lead and manage a team
- Ensure the engagement of the customers
- Ensure the relationships between your team and the other departments - mainly finance and legal
What you need to fulfill the role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 to 10 years Experience in renewals, account management, inside sales, or customer success.
- 3 years of proven team management in the Renewal area.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities (handling high-volume renewals).
- Proficiency in Salesforce (or another CRM) is a strong plus
- You speak fluent English, another language - French, Spanish, German - is a plus
