Office Location: Bucharest, hybrid work 2 days/week on site

Collaboration Type: Individual Labor Contract/B2B

Duration: 6 months + 6 months -> prolongation available

Salary: 5000 RON NET

Tasks
  • Provide customer support and guidance during order processing by phone or email, and communicate acceptance policies.
  • Resolve issues promptly, take action to prevent recurring problems, and monitor orders requiring customer approval for billing.
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders to maximize account receipts at the end of the financial quarter.
  • Lead operational discussions in meetings with partners and customers, and encourage the use of provided systems.
  • Keep customers and sales representatives informed about ongoing orders, especially those at risk of delivery delays.
  • Collaborate with partners to address customer-related issues that impact orders.
  • Work closely with Deal and Account Operations Managers to manage complex orders and improve operational experience.
  • Keep the account operations manager informed of any operational issues.
Requirements
  • Experience in interacting with customers
  • Experience in collaborating with multiple countries/sub-regions
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Customer orientation
  • Compliance with the agreed deadlines for each action
  • Ability to work independently with limited external assistance
  • Ability to accurately manage a large amount of work according to priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage difficult conversations with stakeholders
