SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) powers mission-critical operations for businesses worldwide. The Cloud Automation and Innovation team within ECS drives architectural excellence and automation across SAP's cloud landscape. As a Cloud Automation & Innovation SME in Bucharest, you'll lead strategic initiatives that enhance service delivery for SAP's largest cloud customers.

Bring it

You're a seasoned expert with a passion for secure, scalable infrastructure and automation. You bring:

12+ years of experience in Linux OS/infrastructure across platforms

Advanced knowledge of Pacemaker, encryption standards, and vulnerability management

Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and scripting (Shell, Python, Go)

Familiarity with hyperscaler networks (VPN, VPC, NAT gateways, security groups)

Strong communication skills and a proactive, mentoring mindset

Build it

You'll optimize cloud operations and drive innovation across SAP's ECS portfolio. Your work will:

Design and implement secure, automated cloud architectures

Lead lifecycle procedures and proactive support activities

Develop solutions for complex infrastructure challenges

Collaborate across global teams to align with business goals

Mentor team members and scale delivery excellence
