The Opportunity

Work directly with the Founder & CEO of
International Hustlers
, a bootstrapped online business that's helped 150+ international students land their dream jobs.

As a Personal Assistant, you will support day-to-day operations, coordination, and execution while gaining direct exposure to how a high-growth online business is run. You will also assist with the launch of a second online venture focused on helping entrepreneurs scale to $1M+ in annual revenue while reducing founder dependency.

This is a
part-time, on-site role
based in the
Floreasca area
, with flexibility based on deliverables (approximately
10–30 hours per week
).

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Romanian suppliers
  • Organise the CEO's calendar, priorities, and follow-ups
  • Proactively identify problems and propose clear, structured solutions
  • Support operational tasks across multiple projects as needed

Requirements

  • Strong written and spoken
    English
  • Strong
    Romanian
    language skills
  • Excellent organisation, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable handling sensitive information and fast-moving priorities
  • Ability to commute to the
    Floreasca
    area regularly
  • Prior experience in administrative, operations, or support roles is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
