Responsabilitati principale:

  • Gestionarea activitatilor si proceselor de administrare de personal: actualizarea si arhivarea dosarelor de personal, asigurarea conformitatii contractelor de munca si a actelor aditionale, gestionarea incetarilor de contract;
  • Eliberarea adeverintelor solicitate de angajati (vechime, stagiu de cotizare, concediu de crestere copil, somaj etc.);
  • Gestionarea detasarilor transnationale: pregatirea si depunerea documentatiei necesare pentru autoritati, asigurarea respectarii cerintelor legale privind conditiile de munca, oferirea de suport angajatilor detasati si monitorizarea statutului acestora;
  • Pregatirea rapoartelor si evidentelor necesare pentru conformitate si audit;
  • Oferirea de suport angajatilor in ceea ce priveste aspectele administrative (contracte, beneficii, concedii, documentatie oficiala etc.).

Cerinte:

  • Experienta de minimum 3 ani intr-un rol similar;
  • Cunostinte solide privind legislatia muncii;
  • Competente de comunicare scrise si verbale in limba engleza (minim nivel mediu);
  • Competente solide in Microsoft Office, cu accent pe Excel;
  • Atentie la detalii, proactivitate si capacitate de prioritizare a sarcinilor multiple.
