Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining electrical systems for solar PV parks, including commercial, industrial, and utility-scale projects. They will work on inverters, transformers, electrical cabinets, wiring, battery systems, and related equipment, ensuring all installations meet high standards of performance, safety, and reliability. The candidate should perform technical evaluations, optimize system performance, and contribute to the successful delivery of large-scale solar projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain electrical systems for PV parks, including inverters, transformers, electrical cabinets, wiring, and battery storage
  • Conduct site assessments and ensure electrical systems are installed and commissioned according to specifications
  • Test, monitor, and troubleshoot electrical components to ensure optimal performance and reliability
  • Maintain and calibrate technical equipment used in project delivery
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones and deadlines
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, transformers, electrical cabinets, wiring, and energy storage solutions
  • ANRE Certification is required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent problem-solving, technical, math, and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Romanian; English is a plus
  • Experience with solar design and electrical software (e.g., PVSyst, AutoCAD, ETAP) is a plus
