Your Mission: Elevate Every Customer Journey
In this role, you'll be the vital link between our clients and their customers, ensuring every interaction is seamless and exceptional. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing flight reservations, including creating, altering, and canceling bookings with precision.
- Providing outstanding support via phone and email, answering queries about services, VIP treatment, and special assistance needs.
- Expertly handling customer claims and resolving issues related to flight disruptions, delays, or cancellations.
- Being a trusted source of real-time, accurate information to empower customers.
- Listening with empathy and going above and beyond to create memorable, positive experiences.
Is This a Match?
We're looking for someone who:
- Is fully fluent in Spanish (C1) and has a strong command of English (B2).
- Excels in communication and brings empathy and a collaborative team spirit every day.
- Has at least 6 months of experience in customer service, tourism, or a related field.
- (A nice bonus) Previous experience with GDS tools like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
