We specialize in supporting business owners who are looking to raise capital for growth or sell equity stakes, as well as strategic and financial buyers seeking to expand their footprint in the Romanian market

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an experienced Investment Banking Analyst based in Bucharest.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses (DCF, LBO, precedent transactions, etc.)
  • Assist in the preparation of pitch books, information memoranda and client presentations
  • Conduct in-depth industry research
  • Assist in due diligence process
  • Support deal execution and project management across all phases of a transaction
  • Collaborate with senior team members and clients on strategic matters

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Accounting and Financial Modeling
  • Excellent Analytical Skills and proficiency in Due Diligence
  • Relevant 1-3 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and motivation
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • Good knowledge of English language - speaking, reading and writing
  • Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
