We're currently looking for a Grid Solution Manager

Location: Remote, Romania

Employment Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bidding Management: Lead bidding for major or complex projects; analyse bids and customer needs, identify key project milestones, and design full life cycle solutions by coordinating internal resources.
  • Grid Connection Support: Assist project managers in resolving grid connection issues by coordinating with local grid operators, supporting tests, and troubleshooting technical problems with internal and external teams.
  • Market Insight: Independently research target markets, covering industry trends, regulations, customer needs, and competitor strategies. Refine competitive, product, and bidding strategies and increase win rates.
  • Pre-contract & Technical Prep: Lead or guide contract negotiation, assess technical risks, and prepare technical and grid connection plans before project execution.
  • Customer Engagement: Map customer decision chains, plan relationship strategies, promote new products and solutions, and strengthen customer trust in GW's offerings.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Power Systems, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience in the wind power industry; background in product R&D, pre-sales technical support, or wind farm design preferred
  • Must be eligible to work in the EU
  • Must speak Romanian & English
  • International travel
