Unlike traditional SAP module teams, we manageover 40 servicesacross a variety of technologies and platforms – a true unique position in our IT landscape.Your ResponsibilitiesService Ownership & Solution ManagementTake end-to-end ownership of assigned IT services – from design to operations and continuous improvementDrive the full service lifecycle and ensure high service quality and performanceCoordinate internal and external stakeholders, including service providers and consultantsRequirements & Project ManagementCollaborate closely with business departments to gather, assess, and translate requirements into technical solutionsCreate functional and technical concepts for the implementation of IT solutionsTake over project responsibility – including planning, execution, and progress monitoringSAP Development & Technology EnablementSupport the implementation of SAP-related developments (ABAP, Fiori/UI5, CDS Views, BTP)Contribute to the team's internal development capabilities and foster know-how in emerging SAP technologiesActively shape and drive innovation and digitalization initiatives using new SAP tools (e.g., Fiori, BTP, SAC)Operations & SupportEnsure stable and secure operation of all assigned servicesProvide 2nd- and 3rd-level support and coordinate global key user supportManage interfaces, optimize technical processes, and resolve incidents collaborativelyKnowledge Building & EnablementBuild and maintain comprehensive service documentation and knowledge sharing within the teamConduct trainings and support international rollouts and onboarding activities.Read more Read less">Your profileProven experience in IT Service Management / Application Management, ideally within a complex or regulated environmentStrong SAP expertise in:SAP Treasury and SAP S/4HANAABAP development, Fiori/UI5, CDS ViewsSAP BTP and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)Experience working with a Service Management PlatformsStrong analytical skills and the ability to manage complexity and interdependenciesConfident communication style, team spirit, and hands-on mentalityExperience in project management or in a Product Owner / Solution Owner role is a plusFluent in English and preferably good German skills.What We OfferBe part of shaping a newly formed, strategic IT team with real impactA modern, technology-open environment with responsibility for diverse servicesOpportunities for personal growth in service management, project work, and modern SAP technologies.Read more Read less">Our offerReady to take your career to the next level?
