FP&A Social Controller

Introduction:

To complete our Corporate Finance team, we are looking for a FP&A Social Controller. In this role, you will be participating to the closing process, but also to the forecasting and planning processes Your scope will be focused on Loaded salaries.

Responsibilities:

• Participate to the closing by delivering accurate and on time data (accrual, adjustment, reports)
• Ensure accounting booking accuracy and request for correction and/or suggest process changes
• Analyze deviation between Actual & Forecast
• Participate to the budget, forecast processes
• Maintain and improve financial models and tools to increase the accuracy and efficiency of reporting and forecasting processes.
• Assist in preparing presentation materials for management reporting and business reviews.
• Ensure alignment and compliance with group policies and procedures within the FP&A processes.

Your profile:

• Bachelor Degree/Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration; or other relevant certification
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or financial analysis, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Full confidentiality is required
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI/Power Query
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze large volumes of data and translate them into meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
