Group & Bancassurance Officer (6 months contract)

Join us as a Bancassurance & Group Administration Officer and help shape the future of NN.
In this role, you'll actively contribute to operational excellence by managing processes for B2B products, ensuring accuracy in data and payments, and collaborating across departments to improve workflows.

• Administer Bancassurance and Group Products, managing processes for B2B products.
• Process daily activities for Group Products (policy issuance, member modifications, anniversary updates, payment reconciliation).
• Run verification/control reports regularly and ensure data accuracy.
• Validate IT-generated reports and confirm correctness.
• Perform daily reconciliation and allocation of premiums.
• Communicate with Sales Force and provide complete, accurate answers.
• Offer feedback on business, legal, and technical issues related to contract changes.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational situations.
• Test new product implementations and process improvements.
• Investigate errors, identify root causes, and implement new controls.
• Keep procedures updated and provide support/training to team members.

• University degree.
• English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Minimum 2/3 years' experience, preferably in administration.
• Previous experience in operational/banking/insurance environments.
• Familiarity with KPI/metrics monitoring.
• Ideally, experience with AS400 applications.
• Preferred experience in process automation and digitalization.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively.

The monthly salary range for the role is between 6,140 and 10,500 RON gross. The salary range showcased is only indicative. The final benefits package will be agreed upon during final negotiations with each candidate, by considering different criteria, such as experience and skills level. Therefore, the finally agreed salary will stay confidential, as per the applicable law, and we reserve the right to apply adjustments to the offer at any time during the hiring process.
