  • Bedarfsermittlung/Disposition der zu beschaffenden Komponenten
  • Einholung und Auswertung von Angeboten
  • Preisverhandlungen über projektspezifische Teile
  • Erstellung von Bestellungen nach wirtschaftlichen Gesichtspunkten
  • Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit und Vermeidung von Lieferengpässen
  • Überwachung von Lieferterminen und gelieferten Mengen sowie Fehlteileverfolgung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktions- und Entwicklungsteams
  • Mahnwesen von überfälligen Bestellungen
  • Datenpflege im ERP System
  • Reklamationsbearbeitung
  • Durchführung von Lieferantenbewertungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem strategischen Einkauf
